"BRG" is a completely water-based molding material that combines the excellent tensile strength and elasticity of basalt fibers, the abrasion and water resistance of acrylic resin, and the non-combustibility, strength, and height of gypsum. By using a dedicated basalt cloth, the bending strength of the product is improved, allowing for the creation of thin and lightweight decorative products. By skillfully incorporating acrylic resin, which is contrary to non-combustibility, the secondary adhesion strength is enhanced, enabling production using hand lay-up techniques like FPR.
